Hornady Leverevolution FTX 160 grain would be my choice. The 30-30 only has so much case capacity and pressure tolerance to push a bullet but so fast, the Leverevolution powder does the best you can do on that front. Then the tubular magazines common on 30-30 doesn't generally allow a very pointy bullet so that means a not so great BC. The Hornady work around is a pointy plastic tip that is soft enough to not set off primers in a tube magazine under recoil.
The more obvious answer is that if you want to shoot a long distance, probably a good idea at some time to get a new rifle with a bit more pep that can shoot higher BC bullets. There are dozens of cartridges that would do the job better than a 30-30.
