Ok, well I have this shotgun that has a 1 choke only barrel (no threads) it's a modified choke... Works pretty well for small game, but since i wanta get into crow hunting, i know that it's not gona be worth anything...I was talking to some person a couple of days ago and he said that he got his one shotgun (forget what kind it was) that had a fixed choke threaded so that he could other chokes...So i told him about mine and he said that he didn't know if an 870 barrel was thick enought to thread... So my questions for all of you's//
1) Is it possible to get the 870 barrel threaded?
2) Since it's only a 2 3/4 chamber, should i just leave this gun as it is and buy another gun for crow hunting and get a 3 1/2 inch?
