Some red wings are made in USA and others are not. Check the tag first. I think Carolina's are still all made in USA.

 

My Danners are made in the USA except for the Vibram outsole. I think they do import some from China too, but mine are American and have done well by me. They might make some in Canada, too, I'm not sure.

 

I unknowingly bought a pair of chinee made Danner's hiking boots once. Total junk compared to US made Danner's boots.

 

I believe Carolinas are the same, some in USA, others from China.

 

Nicks Boots are made in Spokane WA. I wear them every other day to work. I rotate in a pair of Whites, of a similar style, which are also very good. I prefer Nicks customer service, so they will get all my business once the Whites are wore out. I wear the Station boot with the zipper.
