Boy, they got this one done faster than advertised. Just 6 weeks from placing an in-person order to completion, and the end product is anything but disappointing. I also picked it up in person to have them tune my arrows to the bow, and that alone was worth the trip. Tuned bare shafts flew with perfect paradox to point of aim. Those are now fletched and ready to go.

Needless to say, this little beauty will be joining me in Iowa on my next hunt.

The final specs:

Black Widow PCH-X (kingwood)
50 lb. draw @ 26" (exact)
58" overall length
Low wrist grip
Three finger-under tiller
Stabilizer insert
Thunderhorn Small Fry, 4-arrow side mount quiver
DYNAFLIGHT 97 Flemish string
Black Widow string silencers
Carbon Express Heritage 250 arrows (150 gr. field points/Magnus Stinger broadheads)

Congrats ! 😊
Ordered a PSA2 riser a while back.
Finally bit the bullet and ordered limbs
Have an HS thats 54#@28, 58" RH and FF rated (1991 made)....but getting older sucks.

So had to get something of lighter #.

May be a paperweight even then.

Did not make it to any big shoots/ events. Buds went to Compton. i skipped Cloverdale as I was working and too beat up/ tired.

CD2, how long ago did you order yours? I ordered a PSA with carbon limbs on Feb 16, 2021. (Made good use of my stimulus check). They quoted me 16 weeks. I am now started week 20 and still no bow. I have ordered bows from them before and this is the first time it has taken longer than the quote. I am getting really anxious to get it. You will love your PSA. For me its the nicest shooting bow out there.

I dunno LOL. Maybe i need to hang onto my old HS a little while.

Have had two other SA/PSA built 01 and 04 and my first BW build was an MA back in 87.

Was very tempted to go PCH and 56" but figured MAYBE I could do 3d w this newest PSA so stuck w 58" ( also hunt w it ).

Roger didnt give me an exact date on limbs. Have the riser already. Think that took 6 weeks.

Im just getting regular greybark limbs. Not carbon, no snake, no overlays.

Yes its boring, almost like the other 3 greybarks ive had built over the years.
However, on this one I had the big red stripe in riser changed to black.

My limbs should be here in 3 weeks.
Did not get the carbon ones.
Can't shoot anyway, am in PT and 2 more weeks of that and then proly MRI.
And then maybe a cut and another 6 weeks of PT.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Gonna be tough looking at a new Blackwidow just sittin there LOL

Doc says its not impinged and doesn't appear torn, so do PT once in a while at home (did 6 weeks at establishment).
To check my range of motion he moved me a bit.........and I've actually been sore since. GRRRRRRRRRRR.
Never missed work, and job is physical, had no restrictions. Even w home PT it's gonna take a yr or so.

What luck!

Im still waiting on my new recurve limbs LOL

Maybe that will be the rehab/PT I need ;)
