Just got a pair of Lacrosse boots from Sportsmans Guide. In the shipping label was an invoice from Lacrosse to Sportsmans guide, since the boots were shipped directly to me from Lacrosse. Their logo for Lacrosse is "LFI Danner Since 1932" incorporated into one logo. Is this something new or has it been something I missed?

EDITED: Never mind, I found it, and also where Lacrosse was bought out by ABCmart- Japanese based company. The US made Danner boots will have the US Flag stitched into it, but other Danner products are made overseas.

Another whose on first.

"LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. is an American company based in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1897 in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the footwear company relocated to Oregon in 2001 where its Danner Boots subsidiary was based. In 2012, the formerly publicly traded company was bought by Japanese based ABC-Mart."

I'm finding a lot of what I use is now owned by someone else.
