I am a creek hunter. I normally hunt creeks and jump-shoot ponds and lakes, but I was interested in others' thoughts on confidence decoys. I have heard a lot about using blue heron decoys, but I was wondering if that actually works. Besides coots and goose floaters, does anyone have any opinions on other confidence decoys that will work?

ive only been waterfowling for 4 or 5 years self taught, but Imo doesnt do much but add weight to your bag and money from your pocket. ducks and geese work interchangeably to an extent but better off investing in diff types of decoys of what you hunting. spinners are the obvious. I absolutely love my mojo rippler have gotten way more ducks since buying it adds motion to most you spread and helps water from refreezing on cold hunts.
