So far the only negatives with the Pioneer 1000; a lot of engine heat comes thru the seat. I purchased a heat shield kit for it but have not installed it yet.
Front tire tread seems to be wearing prematurely. I made need to reduce front tire pressure since wear is the center treads.

I installed the heat shield. Under the seat and seat back. Most of it i discarded because it didn’t fit under plastic panels. This helped some but was far from a cure.
I removed the panels covering the engine. I removed the metal exhaust heat shields above the header pipes. I installed header wrap on the exposed 1st ten inches of headers then replaced the metal heat shields .
Now the seat only gets warm 👍🏻.

You may miss that seat heater come hunting season when the snow and wind are flying. I know I love the heated driver seat in my truck after a cold day in the stand.
