I might have a deal on one. Do any of you guys have one? Any issues to be aware of? Currently I have a 2008 kawasaki 650 brute force.

I have a 2003 Yamaha Kodiak 450. Bought it brand new in 2002.
Wheel bearings, brakes, axle bearings on the rear and a carburetor rebuild is all she has cost me.Not bad for 23 years of service.
Plow the driveway with it, roll the lawn, deer hunting and some rec riding still have the original tires on it.
One thing be careful of you want to use the pull start, the compression is heavy and she pulls hard.

I have a 2022 450. I don't have a lot of miles on it because i use it mostly for working around house and stuff. I have a Warn plow and dump bucket and it moves 15 yards of mulch in 3 hours without breaking a sweat. The hitch on it pulls logs and drags plots. Not the fastest, but a nice ride for a middle size with plenty of power. Real happy with it. Check out the "Yamaha Kodiak 700 Forum " lots of info on 450 and 700's

Bummer, I got a 2014 Grizzly 450 and very happy with it. I was first to call about it and seller was willing to wait a few days for me to get out there. Had to make a quick decision cause next in line guy was coming 2 hrs later. Gotta jump on it when It’s for sake.
