Okay, so every year I used Scent Killer Gold to help reduce my human scent. I spray my boots and pants and jacket, bow, etc. Just like a majority of you guys do. Scent Elimination spray has it's own smell. It's not scent free, it actually has a smell.
As what point do the deer start to consider THAT smell as threatening??
Yes yes, before you say it, YOU CANT BEAT A DEERS NOSE.....HUNT THE WIND.....ETC (I understand and agree). I think scent elimination spray does help and I've seen it first hand cover my ground scent enough to fool many mature bucks and allowing them to get to bow range.
My thought though, is that eventually the smell of scent elimination spray will be as threatening of a smell as just the human scent if the deer end up in a situation where they smell it and then are shot or chased or whatever.
I'm still going to use it (just bought a gallon on Amazon) because I believe that it helps a little bit. How do you guys feel about it?
