Grilled Shrimp And Sausage With Peppers And Onions.

1 large onion diced into 1/2 inch pieces, 1 large any color pepper diced into 1/2 inch pieces, 1 pound sausage cut into 1/4 inch pieces, 20 large raw shrimp ( fresh or frozen, peeled , cleaned with tail on or off ),2 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 4 tablespoon Parmigiano- Reggiano cheese( grated), 5 small potatoes diced into 1/2 inch pieces, 2 cups rice.. Directions : Dice onions , pepper, and slice sausage. In a disposable aluminum add the butter and place on the grill. Add the potatoes to the butter to begin cooking before adding the sausage and vegetables . Add sausage and veggies to pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. When sausage and veggies are done add shrimp. Cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes until shrimp is are pink. Top with Parmigiano- Reggiano cheese. Serve as is or with rice.

This weekend would be the perfect time to put the recipe to work, what time will it be ready? :)
The Sausage would lay nicely on a good Italian roll.😋with the shrimp on the side. Not sure if that's how it's intended.
It is like the filling for filled pig stomach , but not in the pig stomach. And with shrimp combined with it. That is how I took the recipe.
