So I was considering buying the Killerweed from Avery to help brush in my layout blind for hunting a grassy field. Well I decided to just make my own. I never hunted with it, but I think it turned to Okay. Here's what I did...

When I was hunting in Southern MD out of my Barnegat Bay sneak box we used to go out on the marsh with a sickle and cut cord grass and tie bunches of it together at the cut end. We would cut and tie a lot of those bunches of grass. We we went hunting we would get to where we wanted to go and run the bow up onto the shore and lay the bunches of cord grass all over the deck and cover it and throw on a cammo motor cover.. Our boats looked like muskrat houses. The grass would last most of the season.
