I am still waiting for them to publish the numbers listings. I have a set of Adventurer AT's I got put on at Pep Boys in 2019.

Mine fall into this recall, I think. I need to double check.

I'm the opposite I am disappointed that Goodyear is buying them. The absolute worst tires I've ever had are the GY Wrranglers that came factory on my truck. I had another pair of Wranglers on a different truck a few years ago too, awful.

I had Goodyear Wrangler's on a new Tahoe, the sidewalls went out on all 4 tires in less than 10,000 miles, replaced them with Discoverer HT. Read reviews on-line and the Wranglers have a lot of complaints. I have had good luck with Cooper Discoverer's over the last 30 years, I don't care for the new AT3 tires, they give a rougher ride than the Discoverer ATR. The Wrangler's are on a newer Tahoe my wife just bought, they give a nice ride, and will be interesting to see how they wear. Take a look around a Walmart parking lot, most of the tires on trucks and SUV's are either Wrangler or Discoverer.

My 2010 Silverado came with Bridgestone A/Ts. Could not keep them from cupping on the fronts. Replaced them with Cooper AT3s, great tires. Put the alloys and Bridgestones back on when I traded it and sold the Coopers. Alignment was checked by the dealer, Sears (where I got the Coopers) and a local tire shop on that truck, never out of spec.

Eventually replaced the Goodyears that came on my 2014 Silverado, with Hankook ATMs. Very close to 60K on them when I replaced them last fall with a free set of 75% Bridgestone A/Ts. At least this set hasn't caused any issues with uneven wear.

New shoes this summer if I keep the 2014, probably another set of Hankooks? No more Coopers for me, if Badyear is buying them.

I looked the other day, the information Cooper offers on their web site doesn't pertain to this recall. The only thing I can find is they will notify owners of these tires by the end of the month. When I called the Ford dealership where I bought the tires they said Cooper would notify people and send the tires directly to the consumer or an installer of their choice. Obviously i haven't heard anything yet.

I will say when I called the Cooper number that was on the web site it said you needed the following information:
Tire Make
Tire Size
DOT # (it is a 8-11 digit number and letter combo on the tire (near the rim)
Year, make, & model of vehicle
Proof of purchase

While i don't know if they need all that for this particular recall I gathered it up anyway. I put the Discoverer AT3 on in December 2019.

The best truck tires I ever owned were Dayton Timberline II tires. Made in USA and tough as nails and wore like iron. Switched to made in China and went to crap. I asked and nobody carries this garbage now. Such a shame.

I love my Hankook tires. I put a set on my Colorado 9 yrs ago and finally replaced them this yr with the newer version. So far they seem identical. The original set was Hankook ATM and now they are the AT2. I run Hankook on the wife's Passat also and they do great in snow and rain. I think he's are the Kinergy GT's. That's what I'm going to put on my Jetta once they need replaced.
