1 1/4 cups flour , 1 1/2 tbsp sugar , 1 baking powder ,1/4 tsp baking soda , 1/2 tsp salt , 3 tbsp chopped chiled butter , 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese , 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese , 2/3 cup buttermilk . Directions : Combine flour , sugar ,baking powder , baking soda , and salt in a bowl and mix well . Cut in butter until crumbly , Stir in cheese . Add buttermilk gradually stirring constantly until mixed . Drop the dough by 1/4 cupfulls on a lightlybutted baking sheet 2 inches apart . Bake for 16 minues or until golden brown remove to a serving platter . Makes 10 biscuts . Serve warm.
