Not sure of any actual outfitters but there's some Pa bearhunting facebook groups.Maybe you could make some contacts and get in with a group of successful bear hunters.

Like dce said, you’re probably going to have to try and hook up with an already established group of dedicated bear hunters.
I am unaware of any guides operating in our area at all.
But be forewarned… you’re gonna have to do your part in the scouting and preparation long before the actual hunt takes place to be invited to join a bear crew.

No bear season in Ohio that I know of.

 

Speaking of bear, I saw one dead on I-86 this morning around the onoville exit. I haven’t seen very many bear in New York State and definitely not in February.

 

I thought it was illegal to guide for money for everything other than bobcats and elk? Is that accurate here in Pa.?

 

Look up Sherks guide service. He’s a whitetail guide in the public mountains of the Allegheny National Forest. It might be possible that he could point you in the right direction.
