Anyone shoot broad threw the screen of groundblind or canopy at deer?

Interesting. Before I attempted it I bought a huge piece of camo netting from Walmart and attached it to a frame, loosely like it would be in a soft blind window. Taut, but not tight. Tight would be even better.
With every fixed head I tried it was as if the material wasn’t even there out to 50 yards.
Nice clean holes that showed no signs of stretching.

My kids have shot several deer through the mesh with their crossbow. It really blocks the movement and getting rid of that big black hole definitely puts more deer at ease. They pay no attention to the blind with the screen up. The last few minutes of light I’ll drop the screen to see better, otherwise it stays up

If your bow is not tuned I'd assume you'd have poor results. If you're paper tuned perfectly right out of the bow I'd expect you won't even notice the mesh is there.
I shot it at several distance from right in front of my stabilizer to several feet in front of the bow.
I remind my kids on every hunt, "Remember if it happens fast, you can shoot right through that mesh."
