As NorthernPotterCounty said, I did own one. It had similar problems to yours, but not to the extent you have experienced. After multiple returns to the dealership which, the dealer had more time having it more than I did, I finally managed to talk the owner into buying it back, at a bit of a monetary loss for me, unfortunately.
Speaking directly to the manufacturer was useless, which left me at the mercy of the dealership owner, who eventually grew tired of me calling on the lemon law and did the buy back. All I can suggest is keep telling the dealer it is "defective" and you want a refund. He may just offer to buy it back.
American Landmaster is likely the worst UTV anyone could own, and if they get it usable I would suggest you dump it.
I really wish I could give you a workable solution to the problem, but I felt fortunate to just get them to buy it back at a loss. Sorry I could not be of any real help with this.
