Anyone stay in a yurt at one of PA state parks?
Give me the good, bad and or ugly.

never stayed in a yurt but have used their modern cabins many times. going to one this fall at Gifford Pinchot park for a week. no air conditioning so we don't use them in the summer.

Friends have stayed in them at Codorus? State Park with no complaints, think it was in September?

I've stayed in yurts several times, nice for summer camping...

Stayed in one back in 08 at a state park. Nice. Last two days sub freezing temps and had over 8" of snow the over several days. No issues at all.

Nice to have a fridge and a stove so meals can be cooked indoors.

No longer a late season camping option in Ohiopyle - should be.
