I've had my TP crossbow for about 5 years now. The top of the rail surface is starting to show wear and the "coating" is peeling. I assume this is normal after a certain amount of time?
Thanks for your input.

Are you waxing it regularly? I’ve had my Stryker for over 10 years and it doesn’t look like that. I’d be more concerned with string wear than the rail. Your string appears to be rubbing a little too hard.
TBrom would know better than I would but something doesn’t look right

I use rail lube every time I shoot.
It’s been gradual. The down pressure is pretty light on the rail.
