I am going back to the gym starting tomorrow so I had my wife take 3 or 4 shirtless
pictures tonight so I can track my progress every month.
When I looked at them I could not believe it. Man, did I let myself go.
I spent the last six months eating and drinking whatever I wanted and it shows. Never looked so bad in my life.
If any of you are looking at a way get motivated, have someone take some pictures of you with no shirt on.

It will really put things into perspective.
Good luck to all who are trying to get in shape during 2013.
It's not easy but it's worth it when you start to see the results.

I agree man. I was disgusting looking and feeling at 338 pounds
I feel and look a ton better at 218 and still losing. Goal is 185-190. Good luck to ya. Worth every effort

I need to lose 15 to 20 which will not be too hard but gaining back muscle will take a lot longer.

Remember, the pro football league isn't looking for newbies over thirty, who weigh over 250 lbs. They aren't even looking for newbies.
