I realized spring gobble season is still ongoing for many, however, I thought I might start this now while the Turkey Hunting Forum is very active.

What shotgun, make, gauge did you take a gobbler(s)
What ammo did you use?
What range?

What crossbow, compound or traditional bow?
Arrow and broadhead
Range?

Decoys?

Blind?

I quit using decoys a few years ago when I noticed they started spooking the boys when they came in.
To each his own of course, but decoys and blinds aren't a good fit here. I like to start at a listening spot in the morning and go from there. That said, to answer the OP, Remington 1187 20 gage with handloaded #9 TSS

Bird#1 Hawaii 45 yards
Bird #2 PA 25 yards
Bird #3 PA 35 yards
Bird #4 PA 35 yards (wife behind the gun)

Have also hunted SC, AL, TN, OH, WV, MD depending on the year and decoys and blinds are tough to haul around public land. All of those spots are woods/timber/mountains and the tom would not be able to see the decoy.
