For you guys who have taken wild boars, is it worth keeping the rib racks or do you just use that meat for sausage?

I have kept them before, usualy no where near as much meat as beef ribs, but on a good sized Bar Hog you can get quite abit of meat, and boy are they tasty!

Made some wild boar rib steaks last evening on the grill. Used the same rub I used on the boston butt and cooked them on indirect low heat. and they were delicious.
