I have owned a number of different inlines from Knight, TC, and CVA. I have an Encore, and a CVA Optima V2. For the money, the best choice right now is the Optima V2. Compared to the Encore, it's lighter, has a better trigger, a better stock shape, just as accurate, and costs about half as much.
As always, your mileage may vary........

Was looking for the exact same gun this time last year. I went with Traditions Vortek Ultralight. Shoots good. Only drawback ive found is that in order for the ram rod to be long enough to load your charge, the last 6inches needs unscrewed , reversed, and screwed back in. Not sure if you could leave it in place like this and shoot as the ram rod would stick out about 4 inches longer than your barrel.

+1 sparkchaser... Then you can also try and fill those tags in late season. That buck tag becomes a doe or buck after rifle season.
