After this past deer season I decided I want to take one of my past deer rifles out of retiremant so that I could use it next year. I pulled it out earlier today to install the Wild West guns trigger in it (its a 336 in 35 rem) and was pretty upset with the rust it had accumulated and figured since I have it apart now and don't need it anytime soon this would be a good time to have the metal refinished. Any suggestions on a shop to do it preferably one in the NEPA area?

Not many gunsmiths are bluing any more. I would call R.W. Hart in Nescopeck, and if they don't do it, they can refer you to a shop in the area.
