Well, A). I order my license online, so I don not get a PFBC Reg. book. B). Even if I did, I'm too darn busy to read through it. That all said, when a pal and I pulled into the park on the Yough in Confluence Saturday at about 7:15 AM, the entire river, full of guys, were all fishing. I said to my buddy, "The whole dang river is in violation, are they nuts ?". Well, had I got a reg. book, and had the time to actually read it, I would have known they changed the regs on the Yough.
The portion that is USUALLY closed from Arpil 1 until opening day was removed, now the entire river is fishable all year round.
I'm always a dollar short and a day late.

That was a pretty recent change. I thought the PFBC could have gotten the word out on that better than they did. You weren't the only one who didn't know about it. Even if they were fishing, I don't think it was legal to keep any fish until 8 am. IIRC.
