It was so foggy it took me 45 minutes to go on a 20 minute trip to the cabin!!! I got there and even missed the road to it.
I got to the cabin lot and could not see over 50 feet. Hung out for a couple of hours figuring it would lift. By 10 AM i gave up and left.
OH,for the old days when it would snow for deer season!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's hoping for a little white to take the Flinter for a walk!

Ha, I had the experience during snow season to get a spot close to home, so I would only have to travel a short distance during a huge morning snow.

If it snowed or was foggy I was out there.

For the last 4 mornings (Mon.-thurs.) I couldn't see the cut bean/corn field on the other side of tree line where i sit where deer usually walk thru in the mornings. I was lucky to see 75 feet. 11:00am it looked just like it did at 7:00am. I left early them days.

Was up in potter this past week and was foggy every morning, thursday was really bad. I know the cold and snow is here less often for rifle season but the last 2 years we were lucky to have cold temps and snow.
