The window for harvesting persimmons was really, really short around here this year. I went out to check and they were all still astringent, and the next time I went to my spot they were all gone. If anybody froze some pulp and would be willing to sell it or trade it, I'd be much obliged to anyone who would consider it.

I'm hoping to make a batch of my persimmon stout homebrew for a competition, and as the name suggests, persimmon pulp is an absolutely vital ingredient. I'm afraid I have to keep the recipe top secret until after the competition, not because I want to keep it secret but because it has to be a unique, unpublished recipe, but I'll be more than happy to share it afterwards.

You should make contact with someone on a hunting forum in Missouri.
There were persimmons all over out there just going to waste. Had made a good bread from them once.
