I don’t know how many of you all enjoy sushi, but I do and over the years I have been able to enjoy some of the best sushi right from my own kitchen. It is simple to make and the taste is outstanding. If you don’t handle your own venison you may not want to try this, but if you do your own processing and you are very clean you can bet your venison is much cleaner than anything you would get at a restaurant. Hope you all enjoy and best of luck in the outdoors.

I hope not, ha ha. I have eaten lots of this and so far so good. When it comes to eating sushi we are at the mercy of the person preparing it. I'll take my chances with fresh organic venison any day over something that has been touched by several hands I don't know. "Sushi-grade is a marketing term and should not be confused with the freshness, cleanness or cut of meat.
