Hey guys, I was wondering how these are actually made. We make sausage and jerky every year, but I wanted to try something different. Any recipes or actual process on how to make them would be great. Thanks!

There are a few recipes out there... all calling for the meat to be ground a few times...
I've made them in the past....each time I ground the meat, I made logs out of the meat that was just a bit smaller then the hole of the gringer and sat them in the freezer to set up a bit... I did 4 grindings total...
then all you do is mix in the spices called for and then stuff in casings and smoke or par-boil if called for and you got hot dogs!
