I missed something on this. Why are they pulling out?
In a nutshell: The show owner and promoter, Reed Expositions from the UK, decided to ban any display of "tactical" guns they previously were promoting as a major new attraction to the show, even though these guns are legal and popular, and used in many states for hunting. There is too much to reiterate; but there are plenty of threads to check out. This is big. Pro gun people are standing together, as are the archery people and many others.

There are close to 400 vendors and exhibitors that have decided to pull out.
If that number is accurate, it's a third of the vendors. With many of them occupying big spaces at the show, the show is going to look half empty.

Reed Expositions has said they'll be making a statement later in the week.

Why has the PA Game Co not pulled out?
I see two reasons. One is that the PGC is supposed to be independent of politics; that's why it's a "commission" and not a "department" of the government of whichever party is in power. The other is that as a commission, this can't be decided unilaterally by someone at the top. A decision to participate has to go through the channels; so does a decision to pull out.

My 2¢.

It is no longer possible to list all the vendors who aren't going. The situation has reached the point where it's only possible to list those who ARE going: ZERO.
