Went looking for some migrating shorebirds at Faylor today. Not many shorebirds but lots of geese and ducks and some others.

Not a great picture b/c of how far he was but, I love these birds...it is a great crested flycatcher.

Painted Turtle.

Immature Baltimore Oriole

Then when I got home I was greeted to this flicker on the bird bath!

All in all it was a pretty good day, got to see a bald eagle at very close range, but of course the camera was in its case, saw a family of wood ducks cruising the waters and 2 great egrets. Great day to be out!
