Put sme beef short ribs on the grill. Gave them a rub of onion powder, garlic powder and kosher salt and black pepper, let them in the fridge for three hours and put them on the grill at medium heat. misted them a couple of times with vinegar and water.

Just hit the grill



Done on the plate

They were delicious, I will give them another 15 minutes next time I make thm but they sure were tasty.

You should try braising them to pull all that flavor out for the sauce. They do take a while, I braise mine at the restaurant for 4 hours.

Steve I usually do braise them for a long time, I just wanted to try them on the grill.

Not as tender as when they are braised but the meat was free from the bone.
