I use my Lone Wolf exclusively and my summit is sitting in the basement. LW is light, quick set up and easy to use. I wish I got this one before the summit. I would have saved money.
I like the Lone Wolf and the Ol'Man Aluminum. Summit also makes a good stand but the the LW and Ol'man have grated standing platforms which are much better when the weather turns wet and cold. All three manufacturers offer a very packable unit that is stable and comfortable.

I use api's I have the grand slam I think that is what it is called. I have 2 of them and my father has one. We have been happy with the quality. If you have the money go with the lone wolf. They are best in my book. Would love to have one just not much need for them now. I hunt mostly box stands or fixed position ladder stands.
