I've climbed hundreds of trees with my LW and my belts look as good as new.I had a summit cobra and the shrink tubing was coming off after about a week of occassional use.

Summit stands are very comfortable and easy to use.They aren't even all that heavy but they hang off your back when you carry them,which makes them feel heavier than they are.
