I bought one about 7-8 yrs ago and am very pleased with it. Quiet, compact, light. I had a squeaky bayou before and I liked the fact I could lock the seat to the tree with the hollow rope and the stand wasn't going to go anywhere. The LW doesn't have this but it bites well in to the tree. Another stand I've seen and liked is the Summit Bushmaster. I don't know if they still make this model or not. The fishtail on the summit platforms really grip the tree.
