At work they are selling a manufactured enclosed trailer that will not come with a title. is it possible to get this registered or is it only a storage shed on wheels? Would the process be a pain to go through

I believe it is possible and not terribly difficult. My dad bought a trailer from harbor freight that he had to assemble. It was a little bit of a run around to get it weighed and inspected, but fairly painless aside from that.

Apparently b/c it was assembled, it had to be both assembled and weighed. It was your basic flat bed trailer. No electric brakes either.

I would recommend going to the place you use for title and tags, and ask them what you would need to do to get the title and plates.

All of the necessary documents are available for download on Penn Dot web site, be prepared to cross every T and dot every I, there are no short cuts. They, Penn Dot, are most interested in their tax money, and they make sure they get all that is due them.
