Trail camera recomendation

With all the choices out there I am trying to save the trial and error. I would like one that uses AA batteries other than that my only concern is it be on the less expensive side due to the high chance of theft. I have read lots of ratings but want your opinions.Thanks.

I have had good luck with the Moultrie M80 . Long battery life AA batteries. More than adequate trigger speed and good night photos . Video OK too. Price is right .
Moultrie M80XT, around $130 on amazon.com
have a 3 bushnell's so far excellent.. great video , super 8mp photos that you can zoom in on with out distortion. IR works great out to about 20 yards.. beyound that not as bright but you can still make out the image.. so far 670 pictures on 1 set of batts..

I agree. I bought the M80 last year as my first trail cam. I'm happy with it so far.

Another vote for the m 80,simple to use, good battery life and pic quality and nice compact size.
Go to Chasingame.com They are a website that does reviews on all sorts of trailcams. you should be able to find some useful info there also.
I have no problems with my M80. I think I may buy a Bushnell for the faster trigger speed this year. I do really like the M80 though.
I have a Truth Cam 35 by Primos...works great for me
I just purchased a Covert MP6 camera. Have heard nothing but good from these cameras and company.

I have been a faithful Cuddeback user for years but decided to try something new. In the $150 price range the Coverts seem like great cameras.

Also heard good things about the Spypoint G4 camera. They can be had for $99.00 at Walmart....I think I may grab one adn give it a whirl.
