With the tracks all garbled together, it's tough to tell, but to me it looks like it may be cat tracks, so my guess would be bobcat. If that is a log going across a stream in that one pic, it would make sense if a cat were using the log to cross???

They look small. I'd say house cat. Looks like an awful lot of them. That also leads me to believe its a house cat. They have small home ranges and cover the same territory almost daily. Bobcats usually have large ranges and wouldn't leave a trail that beat down.

Looks like some kind of cat with retractable claws, I believe they are small enough to be house cat size. Do you have pictures with the length of stride?

Large male mink running back and forth from the waters edge to the point where the raccoon tracks start. A rabbit cut through about the center of the trail. Not seen in all the track but the 5th toe shows in some.

What size are the tracks?

Cat tracks are round with no toenails. 4 toes showing in track.
Mink tracks are round as well, but show toenails most of the time. 5 toes showing in track.
