anybody ever use 7 seas italian dressing,it comes in a kit with a bottle and powder. u mix it with oil vinegar and water. instead of marinating just add meat in a freezer bag and dressing then freeze. as its freezing and thawing it breaks down the toughness of the meat. just the way if done it and it always come out very tender. just thaw out and dump it in the pan and slow cook.when im in a hurry i have cooked it in boiling water bag and all when backpacking.
