I hate leaving anchors loose in the bag with decoys so this is what I do.
I take a rubber strap(these are the ones you use with J anchors) and I put it on the line before I tie on the anchor, then to keep the strap from moving up and down the line I tie the strap in close to the anchor . You then rap your line around the keel and stretch the rubber strap around the keel and your anchor is now held tight against the keel. It works with any anchor. Then I put my decoys in slotted bags and Im ready to go.
You can cut tire inner tubes and use them too.
