Hello all,

I have three openings in our lease for this year. This is 200 acres near the border of Perry and Coumberland County. Deer, Bear, Turkey, tree rats and coyotes frequent the property. Have feeders on in off season and we aare adding food plots and cover this year. The cost is $500 per man. Only 6 guys total using the property. Laurel Run Trout stream also cuts through property. Lease takes affect 1 March in time for turkey season.

UPDATE:

The guy who owns the property I lease has just offered me an additonal 80 acres near Honey Brook, PA. The ground is prime mix of hardwoods, field and scrub with a stream running through it. The property was timbered for pine 5 years ago so their is plenty of new growth. The property has not been hunted for the past two years. Price is the same for this property, $500 per guy for four guys, so I can now take seven new leasees for both properties.
