Man found naked charged with prowling
LEBANON Police have filed charges against a Scranton man who was found naked from the waist down and lying in the fetal position in a man's yard just after 3 a.m. Sunday.
Stephen Melnick, 47, was charged with loitering and prowling at night, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, police said.
Police said no charges will be filed against the property owner, Michael Hummer of the 200 block of Locust Street, who fired a warning shot at Melnick for walking toward him holding his genitals.
