The ditch grizzlies better be prepared. I've been seeing a few out roaming around lately, and all this crappy weather gave me time to get some rounds loaded. Pictured below are the members of "the trifecta". The close range load, the long range(read anything other than close range) load, and the self preservation load for the occasional hard charging kamikaze hog. I think I've got it all covered

Looks like you are ready for anything. What is the last one? Was thinking a .450 Marlin or is it something else???

They are 38 special with speer 148gr HBWC, .204 ruger with 39gr Sierra blitzking, and .450 marlin with 300 gr Speer jacketed hollow point.

What are the farmers spraying on the fields where you live to make groundhogs that big???? haha

We just naturally grow them big around here. I think it must be something in the water.
