I use the 1 1/2" Siver mainly and crush on it. The key to running the niti is reeling slow, keep your rod tip on the surface of the water, and count to 3 while reeling in. 1,2,3..and your reel handle should rotatate 1x.

Hold on!

I started using these about 20 years ago. IMO, the "newer" ones don't seem to "flutter" (or something) as well as the older ones did. It's not like they changed anything. I lost the last of my "old" ones, it brought a tear to my eye.

Thanks for the replies.
I forgot there was another post about the Niti.
I just got an order form in from Pcola's.
Niti-1
1 1/2" & 2"
Colors black, brass, nickel.
They have a New Niti-1 P-chip
and a New Niti-1 P-Nut.
The P-Chip and P-Nut doesn't specify color just says
with red stripe flash..
Going to give them a try, see if they outfish the Rapala's

The p-chip and p-nut come in the same colors as the niti-1. I bought a few of each a couple years ago. They have not worked as well for me as the niti-1
