My son Mike (9 yrs) scored his first deer on opening day as a Mentored Youth Hunter...an 8-Point fighter...50 yd shot with his Win 94 Trapper in .45 Colt...right on the money!!!

"I got him!"

Thanks for all the great comments, guys...Mike's really lovin' it.

We're gonna get this one mounted for him...even got the discharged bullet jacket from the heart and the cartridge case from the shot to mount with it! Gonna hang it up with my first buck from years ago...his tops my old spikey by a long shot!!!
