He's only wrong if the question he's asking would require input or need to be answered by a woman. (Required input would count even if it's just .05% of the total input needed to answer the given question....just to be clear on this.)

So, for 99.999999999999999999% of any question ask, Yeah. You, being the guy who ask the question, are wrong.

Just know that your wrong before you ask the question....even before you thought of the question to ask.

Saw that on a shirt a guy was wearing in a restaurant. I laughed out loud, and went back to tell him I thought it was very funny. His wife informed me that he had her permission to wear the shirt. They both had a great sense of humor.
