Pretty sure ASPIRA sends out Pinks along with Digest with any purchase. I bought 2 DMAPS(nothing else) and they sent 2 Pinks along with Digest.
Same thing here. Bought my license and one dmap tag and then a couple days later I bought a second dmap tag ... the second tag came a couple days after the initial license with another two envelopes and another digest. Seems like there could be some savings opportunities there.

Always nice having an xtra digest. I like keeping a copy at camp.

This is my first year applying for the PA Elk lotto (donation), I filled out the required info online and paid my $13, then on July 13th I got the pink envelope.
What am I supposed to do with the pink envelope?
The pink envelope has nothing to do with your elk application.

If you want to send for an antlerless license you have to submit the antlerless application in the official pink envelope. They just sent one in case you needed one.

If you aren't sending for an antlerless license the pink envelope has no value to you and you can throw it away.

@ Loggy, I managed to talk to someone at PA Game and Fish and they said to ignore them and that I shouldn't have gotten them.

Thank you for your help!
Thanks for update Trailboy!
