I liked the fire in the first game. Tampa is tougher and will let us know where their game is, they are at home. I like the start. Now that the band is back together, let's see if they can finish healthy and get better goaltending this season.

Tampa is no joke. And to get the touchdown was not as good as scoring the extra point. Big W, keep it up. They are playing better in their own zone, I can say that. Stay healthy.

I like their chances, a 5 game road trip after a The Kings at home. Go Pens.

This has been a terrible stat the last 2 years. Overtime losses- if they can get past the OT they have the fire power to win in a shootout, but the ot loses are losing you points in a tight Metro.

If this team was focused which they are not, the leads they have coughed up would not be a factor! Up 5-3 last night and loss 6-5 and AGAIN in overtime!!!!!

And boys and girls, another in the long list of Penguin debacles- another overtime loss! We can not even get to the shoot out! let's just give it away huh?

That shot for Geno was pure. Bout time they played above their competition. And a rare shootout win to boot.

Am I the only one that finds their inability to at least get out of Overtime unscathed and to just get to the shootout maddening? They have the shooters to get the extra point in the s/o but man they get killed in overtime! Cmon man..

Letang will be missed especially on the PP. Good luck to him.

I agree, if he keeps that up and develops into the talent, they thought he was, this could turn this season around!

And I am going to add, in times like these and athletes with a hang nail are on IR for a month, he had a stroke. This is stuff that is more like a movie than real life. Good for him, I hope his re-coop is fantastic and strong!

Well, up 4-0 after 1 period and you lose in "OVERTIME" yet again 5-4, this is a low point for this team after getting spanked on the isle the day before. Only teams with no focus lose after being up 4-0...!

Me either but maybe the Uniforms will bring them luck, just seen them.

And another L in overtime -AGAIN-..... We got all the fire power in the world, and we can not get through 5 minutes of OT to get to it. This is last season all over again..... 2-8 in OT this has to end!

It is sad to watch, no lead is ever safe, and no overtime game will get to the shootout! Cause. we suck in overtime!

I stayed up listening to it. It was ugly, stayed ugly and ended ugly. No defense. not offense, and to many mistakes in their own zone. Playoffs, who is talking playoffs, UGLY!

Well, up 4-2 with aperiod to go and DeSmith does not dissapoint, he goes full idiot. This team can score, but we do not have the team to stop anyone! Our goalies outside of our starters s u c k!! !! !!
