Little late in posting this but I wanted to pass it along. On the last day of archery I noticed my upper and lower limbs (rt side) had small splinters in them. Not a good feeling when you're in your stand 20 feet in the air with the crossbow cocked. I'm not sure how I missed it as I am very vigilant about the limbs on my bows and crossbow. Anyway, my crossbow is a Titan HLX I got for Christmas last year. I emailed TenPoint Saturday evening through their warranty online claim form and received a response with return authorization Monday morning. Sent off Wednesday morning (wasn't able to send it sooner ) and tracking showed that TenPoint received it Thursday afternoon. I had my crossbow back in hand the following Wednesday afternoon. The work order states that they replaced both limbs, but looking at the bow I would swear that they sent me a brand new replacement as I can't find any evidence of the minor scratches of where it was disassembled. That is a 4 working days turnaround including return shipping!! Keep in mind that the Wednesday it was returned was the day before Thanksgiving and I'm not positive but I'll bet they were shorthanded with the holiday approaching. With so many stories of horrible customer service and warranty work I thought I'd pass along a positive experience. Bottom line is I couldn't be happier with the company and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at crossbows.

Twice now I have had very minor problems with my Stealth(Felt falling of the claw on accudraw, and a question about the Rangefinder scope). I emailed Tenpoint Customer service and each time received a phone call within 2 to 3 hours. Talked to them on a Monday and received the part on Thursday. Real nice folks to chat with.

My experience is the same. Had a part break, called Tenpoint and they overnighted parts to me as I was leaving to hunt that Friday for the weekend. They called me to ensure they arrived and asked if I had any problem installing. Then called again Monday to see if I had any problems with the bow and if I had any success hunting as well. Can't beat that!

I had the same excellent service from TenPoint too. My girlfriend's Acudraw claw broke, and I called and had a new one arrive in the mail two days later, no charge.

People say the negative is there is only a five year warranty..What are other bows covered for life? 10 years? 5 years seems pretty good for a $300 crossbow like the warrior that I got with a 3x9 scope on it
