I just bought a used switchback xt that I am installing a rip cord fall away rest on. Where do you recommend positioning the rest? Horizonal positioning? Is there a given distance from riser to center of arrow? Or do you center the arrow with it on the rest with the limb bolts?Verticle positioning? Do you center the arrow with the rest bolt through the riser or higher than that? Thanks.

Mathews bows usually run center shot from 11/16 to 13/16 from the riser depending on which rest you use. The center of the berger hole (rest mounting hole) is a good place to start for elevation.
