If you only could plant one food plot for overall benefit to deer, what would you plant and why?

I could make the argument that clover is used year round, at least that's what my trail camera tells me. The usage may not be as great in the late winter months but the deer still dig through the snow to get a bite to eat of what little is left.

Clover without a doubt is the best food plot if you could only plant one.
